She achieved the qualification of level 3 Personal Trainer and Advanced Fitness Instructor in 2007 with Premier Training. She was previously teaching group exercise, Level 2 Exercise & Fitness Knowledge, Exercise to music and Gym instructor qualifications achieved in 2004 with Central YMCA. Among the many other certificates achieved along the way are level 3 qualification Fitness Training For The Older Adult, Core Stability, Functional resistance Training, Pilates, Boxing, Exercise in water.
